The tagging is seriously clunking - it was one area which I completely changed on my first practice Rails app (a Neil C’s ideal version of Prologue, nicknamed Twit Chat).

Have you seen Quotably, the new twitter response handling tool? It’s awesome, but it makes you realise how focused the twitter guys are on their existing interactions on the service. Any changes have to be carefully considered.

I read that Arrington article just after it was posted - he makes those type of posts every so often, and they’re always topical and blasted with responses. TBH, I’d be happy with Seattle or SV; Stratford-Upon-Avon is great for my concentration, but it’s bad for real-world collaboration!

p.s. did some good hacking this weekend. Fixed a few issues with activerecord associations breaking when using acts_as_commentable….ruby is great!

@Neil - I added you as a contact on “i’m in like with you”. Pretty psychedlic stuff, especially the mascots trying to persuade you to play the Blockles game by cheering one-liners like “do your work later”, “I eat babies”, “it’s like an STD…only more fun!”
